Hey guys,
I have a oem Gigabyte motherboard, It was used by Micron and I think maybe
Compaq. Gig-a-Byte does not support it and the manufactures that used it in
there computers are either not in business anymore or did not write anything
on the system level. I need to know the Front header pin layout for the
buttons, lights so on. Can anyone help?
Thanx

Whoever said that at Gigabyte was lying. Okay, the motherboard would
be the GA-7DX which there is manuals, drivers and bios updates for
it. I hope you got the name of the said person on phone when this
information came out?

Anyways, here's the links that you need:

http://www.giga-byte.com/Motherboard/Support/Manual/Manual_GA-7DX.htm

You will find the manual there which will help you find which pins
are what for connecting the board to the case.

(To gigabyte support staff. I know you stop making motherboards for
newer models and that the company has to make money by selling new
motherboards and all. But if a old motherboard still works, please
don't think that they don't exist now. It wouldn't have taken more
than 5 minutes to get that url to the person to begin with. Maybe
some need to redo their customer services course again)
