GA7VAXP reboot w/memory errors

After almost 4 years a system I built is starting to fail and I believe it is the base memory on the motherboard.Running memtest86 and Windows Memory tester both log errors at .6mb address' 0009a008 and 0009a00c. This Motherboard has 640k base memoryand I interpret this to mean that the base memory on the motherboard is failing. Can anyone cofirm this? Is the only solution replacing the motherboard?

Can you try substituting other memory, and testing it, to eliminate memory/motherboard as the problem(or the other way round!).
