Question Galahad II Trinity 360 is not cooling the CPU ?

I just installed my new AIO and something is seriously wrong. I've had this AIO before and just bought a new one. The one I had kept the temps at 45 - 50c for the most part. This one is shooting up to 84c as I'm typing this with nothing else running.

What processor are you cooling? Make and model of your chassis? How is the AIO mounted in your chassis? Some people who have installed AIO's sometimes have forgotten to remove the plastic film atop of the copper cooling plate.

I don't know how to post photos on here, but it's a lian li evo XL and I mounted it on the side vertically with a push/pull setup and the tubes at the top.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900x

I for sure removed the plastic, I'm looking at it right now.


and the bios temp is 62-65c and when I first load windows it's 91-92c
