Im choosing between the two,
Galaxy gt730ddr5 or Sapphire R7240 w/boost

For game: Dota2, and some latest games in low to med settings.

CPU is Intel G1840 ,4gb ram

Resolution 1366x768

which one should I pick, considering performance, power consumption (i got confused w/ the power consumption of the factory OC galaxy gt730 ddr5, in their website it says maximum 49watts, in others its says a geforce gt730 ddr5 has only 38watts TDP.

both have same price in our local store.
