game always crash

hey I just installed a new RAM on my ASUS ROG GL752VW (Laptop). I installed 8GB teamgroup 2400mhz on second slot. On my first slot is samsung 4GB 2400mhz. Both are DDR4 pc19200. My HDD is toshiba mq01abd100 1TB. Every time I play Dota 2 I always crash after a match. The screen freeze and need to be force close. Sometimes it happens in the middle of the game. It also crashes when I play PUBG. My laptop is not overheating because the fan is cool not even warm. I have this problem for about 5 months since I buy the ASUS. My GPU is GTX 960m. Can someone help me?

I recommend taking out the 8gb and checking if it works then. Then do the same but take out the 4gb instead. If it works both time, it could be that the RAMs aren't compatible. If it works with one but not the other, it could be a problem with the RAM stick itself
