Question Game crashes

Hi,
I have a problem that causing crash while in games such as MW3, Ready or not Squad(sometimes) and I watched a video about about CPU speed in mw3 but I'm not sure and if it does so those games take affect also when the CPU is going above 4GHZ it causing those problems if it doesn't so what else causing me crashes it a new pc about 6 month after build
my specs are:
CPU - see above

Graphic's card - Aorus Master RTX 4090
ram - 2x16 T-force DDR5 7600MHZ(using 7400 XMP)
and I think those are the main specs that might causing me problem but I'm not sure if you need more spec details I will add

cpu/gpu temp during the game?

PSU - SilverStone PSU 1200W HELA 1200r platinum
Cpu - temp around 45-55 Last time I checked on those games
GPU - MW3 -50 -63
squad - 75 max
ready or not also around 60

I have a 360mm water cool for the CPU Deepcool lt720
And this photo is on idle so that why I don't know what is happening here.
