Question Game crashing after new GPU

first of, Specs:
i7 4790k @4.8 ~65- 74 C under 100% load
16gb 1600 ddr3
RTX 2070 SUPER ventus oc
650W psu

so i just got my 2070 super today and i installed it and drivers but now when i play BF5 my game keeps crashing with no errors and my cpu is at a constant 100% in all games in all resolustions and i dont know what the problem is as ive seen people using better cards with the same cpu and no problems. im still saving up for a new cpu but its very expensive rn

What PSU make and model is it?
Have you monitored GPU temperatures under load?
Have you monitored individual core CPU temperatures under load?
Have you tried removing the CPU OC first? It could be causing instability.
Did you have a previous GPU? If so, did you clear all previous drivers using DDU?
Do you have latest drivers and BIOS installed?

EVGA SuperNOVA G2 650W
Gpu temps never go beyond 70C (its very hot in my room nowin the summer)
Cpu never goes beyond 75C
i havent tried removing the oc as i havent head any instability before i changed gpu's
i had 2 GTX 970's in SLI before and i didnt remove the drivers, it just installed new ones when i put in the 2070
i havent checked anything on bios
