Game FPS drop!

Hi I've been noticing that all my games run at good FPS 100 - 60 but every game I play always drop frames I've played these games perfectly fine before but I just notice that games that I play now see to be going from 60 to 42 to 32 then back to 60 and it's really annoying. I Recently wiped my pc and got all the drivers and it still lags and I was wondering what else it could be cause my pc specs aren't perfect but I know there not bad. PS: I don't know if I never notice but my memory when I'm just using google is at 20%+ and I don't know if that is something that could cause lag cause I'm B03 I get like 75 - 90% memory used when playing if that helps thank you - Jared

My Temps were 65 - 64c and my memory is 8 gigs or ram

Do yo have the correct drivers installed? And make sure your PC isn't on power saver mode.
