Discussion Game freezes and crashes

A couple of months ago my pc started being really unresponsive when playing games (slow alt-tab, bsod sometimes, random 5 sec freezes). I updated all my drivers, windows updates with no success. Only thing that helped was a clean windows installation. Since then I had to reinstall my windows 3 times. It seems to fix it for about 3-4 weeks then the problem comes back. Has anyone had similar issues or should i just reinstall windows again...

cpu and gpu temps are within normal for gaming
GPU stays at aroung 65-70 and cpu depends on the game
RAM has been checked for errors and there are none
also games are on HDD and windows on SSD. both are aroung 2 years old and have been checked for errors!

ssd has 125 gb free out of 230. Latest BIOS is version F51 (07.29.2020)

When you reinstalled windows was the SSD the only drive connected to the PC?

yes when I reinstall my pc I backup everything to the hdd then disconnect it and wipe my ssd
