Well, as im playing games they seem to jolt, and maybe freeze for like half a second maybe a second and its starting to really get on my nerves, im not sure what the problem is but idk how to find out what it is either, im starting to think its my ssd, is there anyone that can give me advice?

Solution
I would try loading all the latest MB drivers and the graphics driver too. Are your memory timings set right? Get the newer versions of MB drivers from the board web site. And the graphics driver at the Nvidia web site.

Your video card is most likely working OK with the FPS you are getting.

EDIT:
What ever the max resolution of your monitor, set that in the game. Anything higher is wasted and can cause conflicts too. Wouldn't hurt to manually set your monitor to those settings too.
Ah, just done some research, and i just found out that XMP isnt in my bios because it is outdated, on on F5, and F7 Brings in Support New 4th Generation Intel Core Processors
Enhance DDR capability
surely my MB needs that because i have 4th gen processor, and im running one that doesnt support it aswell?, also it says BIOS Flashing is dangerous and could cause malfunction, so im scared to do it

You have one of the latest devil's canyon cpu's. You can see the bios version during the boot usually in the upper left somewhere. Boot into bios and it should say what version it is too.

Your MB is an Intel 1150 socket board so it definitely has XMP. Go into BIOS and search around. I bet it's there.

EDIT:
Look in M.I.T. In advanced memory settings.

Well, i have kind of given up on thinking it is the ram, as my graphics card drivers seem to keep crashing every now and then.
The ram should not have been the problem in the first place because when the ram timings was AUTO before it was fine, im guessing my GPU is dead or faulty

Yeah although some more than others, minecraft is literally unplayable freezes all the damn time, Cod4 it happens like every 2-5 mins, and not to sure about other games, iv tried rolling back to a different driver and it still messes up

If the memory is not set up right, the video/gpu will have major problems running right. Have you set optimized defaults in BIOS, then set up the memory? I would get a decent memory kit. A 2x4GB 1600MHz kit with 9-9-9-24 timings and 1.5V. More bandwidth with a dual channel kit which prevents bottlenecking.

That's another thing. What is the voltage requirements of the sticks you have. Make sure the correct voltage is set in BIOS.

Well as i said before, i bought a fresh brand new 1x8GB Hyperx Fury ram, it has the right voltage set, also when i was playing a game i noticed alot of GPU Power drops, and sometimes it caused the freezes to happen ingame, is that my PSU or GPU?

Yeah if tried alot of things, including the right timings, im going to give up on trying to fix this and contact the people who sold me the computer and get them to fix it as i still have my warranty. but thanks for your help anyway :)
