Question Game laggs even tho i have good parts

Hello, i already questioned this but didnt get any answers really, i just got the geforce gtx 2060 super and everything is running fine, expecpt some specific games. I can play Doom Eternal on highest settings with about 90 fps, but minecraft runs on lowest settings with 15fps. I only have this with specific games like subnautica and GTA V and 2 others. The GPU usage in game is 100% and cpu usage is 50 % (in subnautica )
My PC parts are:
Graphicscard : Geforce Gtx 2060 super
Cpu: Intelcore i 7 7700k
Motherboard : z170I pro gaming
16 gb of ram

still i can only achieve about 15 fps in some games but others still run fine
does anybody know a solution?
