Game lockup

Hi
Just upgraded from a 4200ti to a pivexpiew 5800 and when i try and run a
game or benchmark it looks up about every 30 seconds for about 5 secs then
carrys on

System is the following

Asus A7n8x V2
XP2500+
1 gig ddr (2 sticks)
3X120gig drives
2 x dvd roms (writer/reader)
4 80mm fans
350w powerpack
Windows XP Sp2

Is a 350w power pack enough for this ?

Any ideas what could be causing it ? ?

Your PSU should be enough for your TI. As far as your lockups, Have you
tried testing your memory? Also, what drivers are you using?
