i got forgot my password on Steam. Got 'n new password same account. Now my Black Ops is gone.
And cant get it back

Was it in the process of downloading? Check your downloads tab :S

If not, it may be a job for customer support. They'll be able to tell you whether your payment went through - if so, they'll offer you a way to download it. If not, simply buy it again.
