Question game stutter by fps capping in the game

Hello, so today i have the same problem. I have new pc with intel i5-12600 and rtx 4060, ddr4 16 gb (3200). monitor 60hz. As long as i play games uncapped, it run smooth, but when i cap game at any FPS it starts to stutter. Anyone here solved the problem why capped games start to stutter?

Which PC games are actually doing this ? List all the names. Is the in-game VSYNC On or Off ? What about the Nvidia Control panel/NVCP setting ? Is the global VSync option on or off (under Global 3D settings)?

Make sure the global Vysnc value/setting, and the in-game value don't conflict each other. This is important. Make and model of your Monitor ? Does it support G-Sync, and/or FreeSync as well ?

Are you playing games on 1080p resolution ? Are you also using DLSS when playing games ?
