Question Game textures loading slow

Firstly, I'm not a native speaker so probably I will make mistakes in this post. My problem is as it says in the title Game textures loading slow.For example I can see the grasses in front of me loading or spawn of NPC's.But here's something you need to know, Water was spilled(or poured) on the computer 1-1.5 months ago.At first there was no problem, but 2 weeks later this problem started to occur. I've observed this problem in Red Dead Redemption 2, Dark Souls 3, Forza Horizon 4 and CS:GO. But I'm sure Other games have this problem too. At first I thought this problem was caused by HDD so I am asking this question under "Storage" title. But I checked my hdd with HD Tune and I think this problem is not related with HDD. I will put the screenshot's links below for you to be sure and If you want I can upload 2 or 3 videos on youtube if you need. I'm wondering which hardware is causing this problem. I hope I could write clearly and properly.
Please ask if there is anything you can not understand and I will try to explain it properly.

if water is spilled on a computer, you most likely will A. have to deal with it. Or B. replace parts.

Yes but I can't figure out which part is damaged. I played Witcher 3 while it was on the HDD and then I moved it to SSD and it still has the problem so I don't think HDD and SSD is not broken.
