Hi guys. I just finished my install of my AIO cooler and the Gamedias fans is spinning but the RGB is not working. This AIO unit comes with a controller box and the box. Sadly I have to use the box as the fans does not have 2 separate plugs anymore but one small plug (8 pin with 6 wires going to it). Do you guys think this might be due to a faulty controller box? the RGB on the pump/cooler module is working fine just not the RGB on the fans itself. Thanks in advance

Solution
If I had to guess ... you probably didn't install/connect fans to controller correctly or
you didn't connect controller to motherboard correctly.
Did you read the manual?
https://www.gamdias.com/User_Manuals/Gaming_Component/Cooler/CHIONE_M2_240R.pdf

If you have 2 fans, then you have to connect them to FAN1 and FAN2 sockets on controller or else RGB chain gets broken.
For RGB connection to motherboard you have to use 5V ARGB header. 12V RGB header is not compatible.

BTW - what make/model motherboard are you using?

Thank you for the reply. Its a MSI x470 Gaming Plus MAX. The motherboard only has 4pin RGB connectors. Is there like a 3pin VDG connector to 4 pin connector calble I can buy? its funny considering i bought this as a kit at Evetech.
