Gameplay recording in laptop

so I basically play hawken and gta V and I would love to record my game plays without much of a fps loss.. I tried the msi afterburner which isn't that good for me
and fraps jst take too much fps..
can I know what's the best software to use..
Btw my gpu is 920M

That GPU is too slow to play games normally, let alone record while playing. I suggest you give up and just wait until you have a real PC.
