Question Games and software in different SSDs?

So I just bought another nvme for my 2nd m.2 slot and I was wondering..

Do I benefit (performance wise) from transferring my games, 3d modeling software, game engins ect. to one ssd, and keep my windows , files and hardware managment software in the other one?
