Games are Suddenly Running Poorly

When I turned my computer on yesterday every game I played start to run poorly. So I check and background programs which were none. So I swapped out my PSU and it worked the same. Then I tried putting the GPU in another computer worked perfectly. I also defragged my HDD. I also updated all my drivers to.

Than I tested my temperatures to see if it was over heating, got this:

I also re-installed windows 7 and it runs the same. So I really would like to know what is causing my games to run poorly. Is it do to overheating on my CPU, or my motherboard? Please help.

MSI Z77A-G45 motherboard
Nvidia GeForce Gtx 660ti
TR2 RX 850W PSU

I'd say upgrade your HDD, everthing else looks fine. Overtime a HDD can gradually decrease in speed. Or you HDD my be slow anyway. Are you filling it up with stuff? Processes in background?

Well for anyone who reads this I figured out my problem, it was my graphics card which was suddenly causing the fps drops.

I'm getting something very similar with very similar hardware. I have the 560ti graphics card instead. what did you do to fix this?
