Games Capped to 60 FPS

gtx750ti 2gb
8gb ram
core i3
vsync off
overwatch and csgo fps_max 144

yet both games are still caped to 60 fps. any solution?

What cable are you using to connect the monitor to your GPU? With that card you should be using a DVI-D cable.
