So recently I installed a new SSD (Crucial BX500 1TB) in my gaming PC to store some games on it since I was running out of space on the HDD. The issue is that the games installed on it just crash seemingly at random. I tried reinstalling them multiple times, reinstalling all the system drivers, I also did a clean install of both Windows 10 1909 and 20H1 but to no avail. The loading times and the performance in game are perfectly fine, but then out of nowhere I'm back to the desktop with a generic "the program has encountered an error" message. My other drives are a Samsung 970 EVO 250GB (OS drive) and a Seagate 1TB HDD. Is there something else that I could try or should I just return the SSD?
