Question Games display protrude out towards the right

Hey guys, whenever my game is on windows mode/full screen (for some games), there is a slight protrusion of the game that pops up on the right side of the display on my laptop screen. Im using a laptop along with an external monitor. This only happens on the RIGHT side (setup: monitor screen, laptop screen), but not when the set up is flipped (laptop screen, monitor screen). You can see that slight display popping out on the right in the image.

I tried playing around with the resolution but its not working out. Anyone has any tips?
