[SOLVED] Games Freezing/Crashing on New PC

Hello. I recently purchased a custom pre-built PC online and have been having issues running any game on it.

Some examples include GTA V, Genshin Impact, League of Legends, etc. The game loads fine, but as soon as I get into the game the screen freezes for a few seconds, then my monitors go black for another 10 seconds or so and the game freezes/crashes.

I've updated and configured all my drivers, reinstalled games, reinstalled Windows, and tried troubleshooting on my own and haven't been able to figure anything out what's wrong.

I've posted my specs below if anyone has any suggestions or ideas.

After you've made sure that the above are ok. Reduce the variables. Try using one RAM slot 8GB and see if it works well. Don't try to overclock anything leave everything at stock settings
