Question Games freezing once every (seemingly) couple hours for 10-15 seconds long on new, W11 PC

This is on a prebuilt I got recently, and I can't really seem to tell when the freezing occurs but when it does occur, it occurs for about 15-20 seconds long. It's sort of rare so it isn't a huge problem but it is definitely annoying, especially on a new prebuilt. The windows install is clean and ill list the specs below:


17-13700F


RTX 4070Ti Windforce


32GB T-force ram


B750 GAMING X AX (mobo)

Some 2TB T-force SSD

Deepcool PM850D


Apologies for such poorly detailed


specifications, as the listing page for this PC is gone now and trying to find a complex detailing of my specifications hasn't been easy. I am very new to PC parts and troubleshooting as my old PC worked for 9 years without problems.


I've already tried updating my GPU drivers and /sfc scannow.

IF this is a new prebuilt PC you should either return it for your money back, a new PC of the same configuration, or get warranty support from the company that built it. If you tinker around with it and damage it, that will be out of warranty.
