So i got new pc and im being very paranoid right now, i have some stutters while playing CS:GO Also when i enter games like Battlefield 1, Warframe,Rust when i enter server i get like big stutters for like 30 seconds then it loads and runs smoother, but in csgo it runs smoother but the stutters still happend from time to time. And its annoying because i ask my frienda and they dont notice anything so i dont know is it my hardware error or what it is ?

Ok so here's video of when i just enter deathmatch or any map first time in csgo : https://streamable.com/avajok And heres video when it stops and works properly but this freeze's happend from time to time during game : https://streamable.com/ff8inx https://streamable.com/vfye9c

Also i recorded like i warframe when i load level for first time this is what happens : small freezes https://streamable.com/ufeq5x then it kinda works okay, also that happends in bf1 and rust that i noticed same freezes mostly at start maybe it freezes from time to time later but at start most, i noticed most in csgo that it keeps happening like in those 2 videos i posted.

I dont know should i be worried cuz i really am its new pc hope is not gpu because its most expensive part and its only part i got thats its not from store so i dont know?

My specs are:

Amd Ryzen 5 3600
Nvidia RTX 2070 super
16gb ram

and also games are on HDD and i tried moving csgo to SSD and its still same ( https://streamable.com/avajok that video is recorded on ssd)
I really dont know should i be worried. Please help me out how to fix this in csgo and is this loading on start normal for other games?

Solution
Most of the time, stutters can come from anywhere. Usually the issue with a high end pc, is Drivers. Even if you have the most up to date drivers, the install could be corrupt and might end up causing micro stutters.

I reccomend trying to completely remove the drivers and try reinstalling them from scratch.

To get rid of the drivers completely use DDU from the link below:
https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

This will remove all drivers and once you restart your pc, install "Geforce Experience" and install the latest drivers once more.

If this does not work, you can narrow it down even further to PC settings or hardware.
In an attempt to narrow down the problem, when you are playing a game such as CSGO or Rust. Do a quick ctrl + alt + delete and check task manager. If there are any noticeable high loads on anything report it back on here.
This could give someone more of an idea of the issue and you might even be able to see the problem yourself.

Temperature in CS:GO of gpu is like 60 and cpu is like 65 so i dont know and its on SSD.
