Hello,
i'm using nvidia 9400 gt and my moiter screen is of 1920* 1080 most of the games are slow runing in my pc ..i like playing games with better hd quality can u suggets me a video card which is better for my specifications

os windows vista
processor : intel duo core
ram : 3 gb
and the cost of the video card must be less than Rs5000

what is your power supply what is the exact model of your cpu?

Having owned a 9500gt myself, I know any gpu you get would be an improvement over the 9400gt

a gt240/440/640/ 9600gt/9800gt/9800gtx should be a huge improvement over the 9400gt.

ati hd4850/4870/hd5770/6670/7750 should be solid improvement as well.

I recommend having at least 450w power supply for those graphics card.

get a power supply of 500 watts (LEGIT) and upgrade to a gtx 550

I too Upgraded to a GTX 660 from 9400GT.

a gtx460 is a nice gpu but would be vastly bottlenecked by your cpu. I think you are better off with a gts450 or gt440 or hd5770.

I had a dual core e5200 cpu and I noticed absolutely no improvement when I upgraded to a gtx570 from a gts250. Dual core cpus bottleneck like crazy. I wouldn't recommend you anything more powerful than a gts450 cause you will be wasting your money
