Question Games not playing like they should

Decided to build a new pc since my other one was +10 years old and the gpu died, searched around and intel igpus were the best and affordable option. My problem is, people on youtube show how well it runs the games, I even asked if they had changed anything and they said 'no, just turned it on and it was running' but my pc just has 5 fps and says it's only using 200Mb of ram, so I can't run a thing. Tried upping the VRAM on windows, didn't work, tried seeing on the bios, option doesn't exist, updated everything, including mobo, still nothing. All the parts are brand new out of the box.

My specs are:
Asus prime B560-Plus
Intel i5-11600K
8 + 8GB Corsair Vengeace 3200MHZ CL16
EVGA 700BR PSU

Did you fully reinstall Windows after upgrading? Also, make sure BIOS and chipset drivers are up to date.

Edit: What kind of games are you trying to run on integrated graphics?

I did all of that, I'm trying to simply run overwatch for now to play with a friend. I get 5fps

Are you running the same resolution as those on YouTube? What fps are the people on YouTube getting?

Is your RAM definitely running at 3200mhz and in the correct motherboard slots for when running 2 sticks?

Looks like pc recognizes the ram but igpu doesn't, below ddr4 it says N/A but I have the latest drivers installed
