Question Games randomly freeze for a couple seconds when gaming then go back to Norma then freeze again later on

Recently upgraded my cpu to a ryzen 7 3700x and since then randomly in games even low end games my game will randomly freeze for a couple seconds then go back to normal then a good 10-20 minutes later do the same thing it doesn’t have a favorite game to do it to does it to most games I’ve looked up and tried many things such as, updating bios, updating drivers, resetting nvidia control panel to default, updating windows, checking memory for faulty memory, uninstalled some windows anti virus stuff but nothing works any ideas would help thank you.

CPU: ryzen 7 3700x
GPU: msi GeForce gtx 1660ti
RAM 16gb ripjaw 3200mhz
MOBO: Gigabyte ab350m-ds3h
POWER SUPPLY: Apevia 700w

Have you checked the temps on gpu and cpu while playing!

I have and I have the side panel off my case because having it on would over heat my gpu and cpu so I have it off and the temps are usually fairly normal for my cpu and gpu

Max load gpu without side panel may hit 75°c and cpu usually stays under 70°c with stock cooler
