Question Games running like trash on high end laptop

Hi all

Recently bought the MSI Kitana GF76 11UE ( i7 - 11800H, RTX 3060 6GB, 32GB RAM @ 3200 MHZ)
I'm unable to run games with more than 5fps, lowest or highest detail/graphic settings, the 5fps is a constant.
My RTX 3060's driver is up to date and is set as my preferred graphic processor and PhysX processor in the Nividia Control Panel.

Any suggestions for a solution or the cause of the problem?

in the nvidia control panel, make sure the game is set to run on the 3060

what the cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?

All the CPU cores average out at around 61C (141F)
GPU is at 57C (136F)

Well, the Nvidia control panel is set to use the 3060 globally, but since it is only on 57C, I highly doubt the games are using the 3060

try to setup for the one game, see if that make it better

I set the setting up for two specific games, and it seems to be running as it should be
