[SOLVED] Games stuttering.

Good evening everyone,

My problem is my PC starts to stuttering in every open world game, even tough I have a pretty high FPS,

This problem starts happening to me after 1 year of me buying the PC, like GTA V I was playing it with very high settings and I wasn't having any issues or any stuttering, but now I can't stop the stuttering even if I lower my settings to the lowest, also I'm having render issues in the game too, In fact I haven't done any changes to the PC.
I have games that's runs very solid with no stuttering, or render issues, for example I play Rocket League, Minecraft, Counter-Strike with no stuttering.

Some of my friends told me that the problem is cause of my hard drive, I have a mechanical hard drive with 20G of space left, so the issue it could be the hard drive or something else?
That's what I really wanna know, because I'm planing to buy a new hard drive. (SSD)

Thank you, and I hope someone help me fixing this problem, because it's getting me off.

I would say your nearly full hard drive, that you probably have never defragmented, is your problem, here.
