No experience, but I've been checking them out (as well as about 2 dozen other vendors) on resellerratings.com for months now and they've steadily improved. They're at 7.80++++ on my bookmarks which means that they've increased everytime I've checked them out, 4 times. They just went from 7.60 to 7.80.
