That build you listed is pretty good for the price but I strongly suggest to get a better motherboard (ITX sized preferably) with better connectivity options (and maybe even USB 3.1). You won't regret it on the long term. Also, I would pay the extra 15-20$ for higher clocked ram (like 2800mhz) as Skylake scales well with faster memory (although a better motherboard is first priority). That PSU is ok for your build but you could spend a little extra to get an EVGA SuperNova G2 650 or 750W (80+ Gold certified). P.S. I also have an MSI Gaming R9 390 and an EVGA SuperNova G2 850 (for future upgrades).
