Tower only, i'm not too sure how to approach this since I've never spent over 1k on a build.
Also should I do win7 or 8.1 or just wait for 10?
Im planning to buy during Christmas sales if there are any good deals.

For now 2k RETAIL price.

I'm planning to play COD, BattleField, CS, DotA2, PS, AI, CADD programs, 3D rendering for school stuff.
