Question Gaming computer for 240fps

I am looking to buy parts and build a computer. I intend to use it for gaming and schoolwork.

The most important thing is that it can run 240fps on a 1080p 240hz monitor.
I've heard that the Alienware ah2518hf is a good 240hz monitor.

It doesn't matter if it is an intel or AMD system. I just want the best that I can get.
my budget is 2500 dollars, and I want a build similar to this one.

First-person shooter games, battle royales. Overwatch, Csgo, fortnite and such. Going to be playing at all low. The monitor is not in the budget. The Pc is 2500, the monitor is set aside. I will be playing AAA games but I don't need 240fps in those.

Do you plan to overclock? is there any specific reason you want an RTX 2080 TI instead of 2080 SUPER? I'd suggest reading up on this to see if you believe the extra is worth it, You don't need to buy windows there's a guide about it if you don't mind the restrictions otherwise you can buy it.

You went a little overkill on the RAM so I got good RAM that works but also isn't crazy expensive, I highly recommend getting a 2080 SUPER instead.
