[SOLVED] Gaming Computer Question(s)...

I have my Xbox One up for sale, someone offered me a desktop computer for the system. I am highly interested and have been wanting a gaming computer for quite some time now... I wanted to switch to computer gaming for Grand Theft Auto 5 - but since I am new to computer gaming, I have a question regarding the system and the game.

The PC specs are:

AMD Fx 6100 6-core 3.5ghz
8gb DDR3 Ram
1tb Hard Drive
Radeon R7-265 2GB Video
Windows 10

I am wondering if this computer is powerful enough to run GTA 5 - as that is the game I am mainly wanting to play.

That GPU is very old... I don't think you'll be able to run anything on that, correct me if I'm wrong
