Hello eveyone,
I'm new to building but am a long time gamer and have finally decided to make a system that is capable of running games on high/ultrahigh settings.
Here are a few things that I pieced together. Anyone with advice or suggestions please feel free to comment as I'm a noob in the building world. As a side note I will probably be using a Turtle Beach Earforce x11 for sound as I already have one.
APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Hopefully sometime during the next month
BUDGET RANGE: $700-$850 (if you have any suggestions that would keep the system under $1,000 but offer a huge performance increase let me know)
SYSTEM USAGE: gaming
PARTS NOT REQUIRED: monitor - I have an old 17" AOC LCD LM760 1280 x 1024 res that I would like to use if at all possible
PREFERRED WEBSITE: newegg.com
PARTS PREFERENCE: none
OVERCLOCKING: maybe if I read up on i some more

All of this would build a rig that costs just over $800 which is prefect for my price range.
