i m planing to buy intel i5 4440 with intel db85fl motherboard 8gb ddr3,1 tb,will dis support nvidia geforce gtx 960?
n which manufacturer is best for 960?
and am i making the right choice..

Yes it will support a 960. Get an EVGA 960, best clock speed to price ratio. (pretty much all 960s are priced at $200, it's a new card so there isn't much markdown/ variant markup.)

Yes, you'll be fine for a 960.

Also, I'll second the above EVGA recommendation, and add the Gigabyte G1 Gaming 960 to the list. The G1 is right behind EVGA performance wise, and the cooler on the Gigabyte is great. Very low temps and very quiet.

If the EVGA card isn't imported to India, pretty much any other 960 will work. I only have one parts store that I look at in India, but the best value at that store would be this one by Asus.

Be better off getting an R9 280 or 280X than a 960. Unless 960 is way cheaper in your country.

The 960 is pretty affordable, cheaper than the 280, or 280X around there. AMD doesn't seem to price that competitively in India.

You aren't putting in high end parts, so you don't really need the H97 board, pick whichever one is better for your budget.

The Asus Strix is slightly better, and more affordable.

The ACX cooler EVGA is the best one of those. It's a very nice cooler, and EVGA takes advantage of that with decent clockspeeds.
