Question Gaming Input Lag Issues

About 2 weeks ago I started having lots of mouse input lag. It's very noticeable across my whole computer and every application / game. I've tried resetting windows, running malwarebytes, replacing my mouse, etc and I haven't found a fix. I've done the basic stuff like turning off windows pointer precision, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciate on how to solve this issue. The input lag is also not very minimal, it's very noticable and high. I've ran benchmarks throught different games and I've had over 700 ms of latency in some games. Please help me fix this issue.

Motherboard: Asrock A320M/ac
Ram: PSD48G266681 (x2) 16 gb ram
SSD: patriot p210 HDD
HDD: ST2000DM008-2FR102
GPU: 1660 super ti
PSU: Al-d500exp 480-500W
OS: Windows 10 Home 21H2

Answer is in "Wireless", it has to go thru few extra steps more than wired.

Where do I find wireless? It's not because the mouse is wireless, I have the same issue when it's plugged in.
