Gaming Laptop Advice

So I am trying to get my wife into PC gaming and she travels a TON so I need to go with a laptop. I am not well versed in the laptop CPU/GPUs so I need some advice. Essentially it comes down to, GTX965M v GTX960M or GTX890M. I know that the 965 will be the best, but is it worth the extra money? Here are a few laptops I am looking at:

Also, I am at work and was unable to find it quickly, but I saw a laptop in my search that was the 960M but with a 5th gen I7 instead of a 4th gen, for about $100 more. Is that a noticeable upgrade, or not worth it? I would assume the GPU will be the bottleneck, but I know that 5th gen core processors are supposed to be more energy efficient and cooler, but I do not know how big of a difference it really is.

With the features and price in consideration think I'd go with the 960M Lenovo

I guess it might also help to say what games...

Mainly RPGs, so like Skyrim, Witcher 3, ESO, FallOut 4 when it comes out for sure.
