I've gotten a Samsung Expert X23 laptop a few years back and it was running everything perfectly.
Since then I stopped using it for some time and now that I've turned it on again, it seems to be underperforming and slow for some reason.
It's specs are:
I5 7500U
GTX 920MX
8gb RAM
Not the best but it used to run some heavier games on low settings.
Now it doesn't run anything at all, the easiest games to run are at like 10 fps.
I've tried checking if Windows was using the correct GPU, enabled other power plans and rebooted the whole PC, nothing seems to work.
I've also checked that is seems to be having a high cpu usage % on task manager, but no programs are running to justify that.
Any tips on how to solve this?
