You should be able to play those games on a mix of High/Ultra @1080. When you start to become discontent with the graphics, just slap in a new GPU in a few years.

Increase the speed of the RAM. Haswell chips benefit from faster RAM.

The 750D is a big case....

The PSU is a nice one. There are cheaper solutions. I was able to get that one on sale last year on Black Friday.

thank you and i really like the case but would g.skill ddr3 "2133" memory be a better option for memory?

Supposedly, the 2133 Sniper is a little less stable than the 1866. But if you run into stability issues, just drop the frequency.
