You should be able to play those games on a mix of High/Ultra @1080. When you start to become discontent with the graphics, just slap in a new GPU in a few years.

Increase the speed of the RAM. Haswell chips benefit from faster RAM.

The 750D is a big case....

The PSU is a nice one. There are cheaper solutions. I was able to get that one on sale last year on Black Friday.
