if u want to build a custom PC ,,, THAN U FIRST Purchase Processor,Motherboard & RAM,,,,,,,,Be sure these three component compatible with together,,,,, after that u need a cpu cooler if u did not want to use your stock cooler that comes with processor, HDD,OPTICAL DRIVE,PSU, AND FINALLY A CABINET,,,,,,,,,,,, I don't know what type of PC you want to build a gaming rig, extreme PC for video editing and decoding or a Home and basic use PC,,,,,,,, Whenever you want to go,you must need these component,,,,,

first u tell me what type of PC you build ,,,, a 1.office and home basic use,2. a mid gaming rig, 3. a hard core gaming rig, 4. a extreme performance rig ,,,,,,,,,,, and also where u want to go Intel or AMD????????

if you want to build a mid gaming rig so u must have a budget of minimum 40,000 to 52,000 thousand Indian rupees. at 30,000 price range you only build Home basic & office normal PC. So suggest you just increase your budget little more,,,,,
at the budget of 40,000 to 52,000 thousand indian rupees hear is some best budget gaming component for intel mid gaming rig

I am new to this community. But I have been using my AMD based computer for gaming for a long time. I had used my friends computers which were using Intel processors and really felt My PC is better when it comes to games and multi tasking. Trust me, I am telling from my experience. When it comes to price performance ratio, AMD can deliver better results. And AMDs processors(Well most of them) are better when it comes to entry level or mid level gaming rigs.

I recently upgraded my PC and now have AMD FX6300 connected to a Gigabyte GA-78LMT USB3 Mobo with 4GB DDR3 1600MHZ RAM. I just waiting to buy a new PSU to put my GTX 560 into it. With my early AMD Radeon HD6750 GC this rig was able to play Assasins creed BlackFlag and some other 2014 releases at hight settings. The rig actually only cost me 16000 INR. With the budget you have, you can choose to go with a better MOBO(the one i7Baby suggested). Then go for a good GPU. Probably the GTX660 or 760(Non-Ti) and get as much RAM as possible and a good after market cooler for the Processor if you plan to Overclock. This combo will give you more than enough power to rock your rig with latest games. Also if possible, try to get aa HD LED Monitor with HDMI Input.
