Hey thanks for the input guys, I'm leaning for towards Tamz atm. The only thing I'm iffy about is the MoBo. The reason i chose the board above is because it is semi future proof. It has Sata6gb and Usb3. Plus i heard better reviews on that board than the P6t v2

No time to post a full build right now, but for $1500, you should consider going with an i5-750 build or an AM3 build, as there's really no need to go with an i7 just for gaming. You should be able to save about $200-300 with an i5/AM3 build on mobo/CPU/RAM, which you can then put into a better graphics card.

CPU - i5-750 - $200
Mobo - ASUS P7-P55D-E Pro - $180 - USB 3.0, SATA 6 Gb/s
RAM - Mushkin Enhanced Redline CAS 6 1600 MHz - $135 if you want to get ultra-low latency
or
G.Skill Ripjaws CAS 7 1600 MHz - $110

Approximately $250ish saved off of Tamz's build...either pocket that, or get an SSD, or consider 470 SLI?

Corsair H50 $60

Total: $1350 - $55 in mail-in rebates.

Motherboard is one of the best, recommended buy for 2010 here at Tom's Hardware http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/x58-usb-3.0-sata-6-gbps,2614-15.html

I had a similar system with a 5850,4gb ram, 650w psu for a similar price. Combo deals at newegg pretty good right now.

If you want it only for gaming(top priority) get a i5 750+P55 mobo and save 200-250$.With that amount saved get a SSD.The intel x-25mg2 80gb ssd is really good.A single GTX 480 is more than enough for most games.A SLI setup is not viable, especially with the fermi cards, unless you are sure that you can pay your electricity bills.:)
