Gaming PC for Under $1200

I'm a complete noob when it comes to computer-building, and I'm sure I'll mess up if I try to pick out the parts myself, so if anyone can give me a list of parts to build a gaming PC for under 1200 bucks that will run games like GTA 4, BF4, Watch Dogs, and COD Ghosts at 60+ FPS, that would be great! Thanks.

I like blue and a midtower case should be okay. WiFi is good and you can leave out keyboard and mouse, but monitor, sure.

It would be very helpful if you could provide all the information in the *How to Ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice* sticky. As you can tell from the questions asked so far, it's very hard to make a build recommendation without that basic information.
