Build Advice Gaming PC in Mumbai - Budget around 1.5 lac INR or roughly 1500 USD

I am trying to build a gaming PC with target of 1080p but future proofing till 1440p. I lean towards AMD Cpus and Nvidia GPUs. I want to utilize this budget towards CPU, Ram, Mobo, GPU, and PSU. Perhaps even a cooler if CPU demands. Cabinet, disk and peripherals can be excluded.
Coming to requirements, I typically play AAA games, but nothing high FPS. So, 60fps gaming is fine with me. I'm not too keen on keeping the highest fidelity, so not having ultra high quality is also fine.

Budget is roughly 1500 USD, but can be stretched a bit if needed.

To add, I've researched few CPUs like the ones with 3D cache, but their availability seems to be spotty. GPUs are very confusing between 4060 and some similar ti and super variants. So, need help here in choosing these components.
