Question Gaming PC Issue which I think is GPU-related ?

Hi All

I get the Long beep and 2 short beeps which indicates a GPU issue as soon as I power on my PC.

GTEFORCE GTX

Nothing going out of HDMI so just lights in the case

Is there anyway can test this card as i can't obtain another, just to try it out as it might also be a motherboard issue.
