Okay so after a few days of reading up on benchmarks and value for money type forums and posts I have finally composed a design for my new gaming rig. This machine will be used for day to day tasks such as surfing the internet and playing games and music, but I also wanted to boost on both the CPU and GPU for my style of games which I wish to play in medium to high detail with a smooth running of the game itself. I just wanted to see if anyone thinks I may have over done it in places or if anyone knows of factual replacements or pairings that may work better then the components I have used.
Games I wish to play are among Call of Duty, Skyrim, Battlefield and perhaps GTA 5
My budget was around £700-800 on the build and a further £400 for accessories such as the monitor and headset. I have found it tough to come in budget and would like to shave of anymore if possible.
Thanks in advance for reading this and choosing to help
