and i5 2500k cost around 219 $ just a *** nothing to spare it

The 2500K will be much better than an A8-3870K in every conceivable way. http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/399?vs=288 Not a direct comparison, but close enough to tell the story.

You're not looking for a performance vs. performance analysis, though I imagine, just cost vs. performance. The A8-3870K will do for gaming on a budget and is a decent buy for the price, but the 2500K will be much better in games and for everything outside of gaming too. You'll have to decide how much that means to you.

Edit: Obviously, the 2500K will be WORSE than an A8-3870K based on the iGPU performance, so if you can't afford a discreet card, the 3870K is the way to go.

LOL, I said RIGHT beside the link that it wasn't DIRECT comparison. You didn't read what I said. The two are only 100Mhz apart in speed though, so they're damn close to the same thing. Do the research and you'll see.

Regardless, read my edit to the post above.

Yeah, that's why I edited my original post above to say go with the 3870K if you can't afford a GPU to go with the 2500K + mobo. It won't ever beat the 2500K if the 2500K is paired with a discreet GPU, but it'll beat it when iGPU's are compared. For a cheap gaming system, the 3870K is just fine. I just wouldn't get one myself...

this seems like an "intel suck because its expensive" post. If so, please stop. You could get an i3 2125, or a 2400s or any other intel processor, if the price bothers you that much. the 2500k will be a relevant processor for like 5 years, wile the a8 will NOT. (assuming this is for gaming etc). the cost is a side effect of that. id just save up some more money. in the long run, the pric isnt THAT much more, and it will last a long long time. also, the integrated graphics on the 3570k isnt really all that great, anyways. its basically a gt 220 http://www.anandtech.com/show/4448/amd-llano-desktop-performance-preview/3

i side not on intel nor amd, but if you read benchmarks and reviews, you'll find out that intel beats amd even at budget range processors and most likely, i5 2500k will take you longer than 3870k for upgrades
