Gaming With Three 43'' Curved LCDs is Awesome

That's ridiculous but cool. Still, I think the two monitors on the side stretch out the image so bad. It's not 100% accurate, the peripheral vision is exaggerated and they need to concentrate more on the center image because that's where you'll be looking the whole time.

Yea, gaming with three monitors is good but it just puts a damper on it when the images towards the ends are all stretched out and distorted.

It looked fairly cool but I think they need to throw more horsepower at it it was kinda running slow so that would take so much form the whole exp.

I guess if the person can afford to buy these monitors... it will be a good idea to also put 1 or 2 HD5890 in the computer so he/she can have a better frame rate, screen resolution, and detail (probably even AA or...).

hmm.... playing HWAX w/ these 3 monitors, a i-7 extreme system, and 2 HD5890... plus 7.2 surround sound.... hmm... now I know why I need to work much harder (and with some luck)..... lol

There is still the same problem as before: two vertical bars. In this example, they don't seem to harm the gameplay but I've seen setups where multiple bars like that would just make a game unplayable.

I've seen borderless screens put together to form a giant screen; now that is cool 😀

Cool, but kinda looks like crap to me. The stretched and distorted images ruin the point of even having a multi-monitor setup.

The running 'slow' is an illusion from the poor recording quality. Looks like Forza 3, in which case it's 3 xboxs driving that game. Would explain the stretched look, since those monitors would stretch the 1080p/720p from the xbox.

playing Xbox 360 on this? Isn't that kind of pushing?... but yea... that may explain why the image was stretched so much... though I would be very surprised that they actually use a Xbox360/PS3 to show case these monitors! It is like showing how good of a 1080P 240H LED HDTV w/ Wii games...lol

You need a game that will let you change the FoV like in some FPS's. But i doubt any would allow the 150-160 FoV angle this would need.

The guy had no money left after blowing $20K on the displays. Had to settle with an Atom with IGP.

[citation][nom]lipoly[/nom]It looks like its running at a blurry 15fps to me. Displays look neato though.[/citation]

ok nevermind after watching it again, the middle screen doesn't have it either 😛

[citation][nom]redgarl[/nom]20...K...$...You could partly buy a home with that kind of money...[/citation]Um, couldn't you "partly" buy a home with ANY amount of money?

Looked ok, but it looks like to only reason to get it would be to have a arcade like racing area. I can't see playing anything other than racing games on a monitor like that.
