i will be manly using it to watch 3D blu-ray movies, playing xbox 360 3D games, playstation 3D games and PC 3D games.. and converting 3D movies. and my budget is only $550

I think I would go with the Vizio.

I'm not sure if the Vizio is a true 3D TV because it only runs at 60Hz as opposed to the necessary 120Hz for stereoscopic 3D. If you're planning on running NVidia's 3D Vision you'll need a 120Hz 3DTV/monitor.

I owned the ASUS VG236H 3D monitor, and I must say it was exceptional. Asus's monitors look great and have great colors, though I didn't find much use for NVidia's 3D Vision. However, I would highly recommend it or the Dell Alienware 3D monitor.

the vizio and lg both use the same 3D as in movie theaters. and for rite now i will not be using nvidia 3d vision.

Gotcha. Then to be honest, I have no idea which one to get. I'd probably pick the Vizio as well - they make pretty decent stuff for the price.
